Information you provide

If you use the contact form, Flathead Mortgage may receive your name, phone number, email address, mortgage interest and the message you submit. The form may also include the page and campaign source that led you to the website so we can understand which marketing is useful.

Do not submit Social Security numbers, account numbers, tax records, bank statements or other sensitive financial documents through the website form or ordinary email.

How information is used

Information is used to respond to your inquiry, discuss mortgage services you requested, operate the website and evaluate marketing performance. Submitting the form does not create a loan application or guarantee approval.

Service providers and website data

The website is hosted by Microsoft Azure and protected by Cloudflare. Contact-form information is transmitted by a form-delivery provider to Flathead Mortgage's email inbox. If website analytics are enabled, they may collect device, browser, page and referral information. Those providers process information under their own terms and privacy policies.
